Villa Bedrooms
This multi-story villa features four double bedrooms and four suites which are laid out for maximum privacy in the main villa and the cottage.
The cottage has two double ensuite bedrooms and the villa has two more ensuite double bedrooms and four self-contained suites. All bedrooms are elegantly furnished in neutral, relaxing color schemes and are equipped with air conditioning, private terraces, private bathrooms, a sitting area, bathrobes, slippers, towels, and beach towels. While the house has many wonderful communal areas, these rooms are designed as a refuge, as a place to slip away for a moment of peace.
All suites have coffee makers and plush linens. Should you need to reach the outside world, each room is equipped with high-speed, wireless internet and a place to work. Three of the apartments have sofa beds to accommodate additional family members and fold-up cots or portable cribs can be added to accommodate children/babies.
The garden suite is located in the corner of the main house next to the Fireplace Suite. It offers views of the sea, the garden and the pool. This charming suite features an elegant living room that shares a terrace with the bedroom. The bedroom offers plenty of storage space and a small walk-in dressing room. The bedroom has French doors that lead to the terrace. There is a large modern kitchen/office with double doors that lead directly to the garden and pool area. This kitchen area is outfitted with a large desk and computer monitor for those who need to check email or do a bit of work.
Just below the Penthouse and next to the Garden Suite is the Fireplace suite. It features a bedroom, bathroom, living room, a dining area with a fully functional fireplace, and a kitchen. It also has a sofa bed (full sized) for two additional family members. It also has a lovely sunroom which has stunning views of the sea. There is a terrace off the sunroom with a dining table and chaise lounges.
Moving up to the top of the villa, you will find the Penthouse Suite. As it is located on the top floor, it has wonderful views of the Italian Alps and the sea in all directions. It features a large bedroom with views out of every window, a bathroom, a living room, a dining area, a walk-in closet, and a kitchen. It also has a sofa bed (full sized) for two additional family members. There are two terraces, one called the sunrise terrace, one called the sunset terrace that can be accessed from the bedroom and the living room.
The Family Suite is located on the terrace level. It has a bedroom with a king-sized bed, a bathroom, a sitting area, kitchen and a small bedroom with a twin bed (and room for a fold-up cot). It also has a sofa bed (full sized) for two additional family members. The private terrace has an awning for protection from the sun and a view of the sea. One can walk from the terrace around the house to the pool and patio area.
There are two double rooms on the terrace level. They both feature a seating area, a desk, a king-sized bed and a private bathroom. They’re both beautifully furnished and they each have their own terrace with views of the sea and from which you can walk around to the pool. Both bathrooms were remodeled in the spring of 2024.
The two double rooms are located next to each other on the terrace level and are next to the family suite. As such, the entire lower wing is connected and can be used as a 3 to 4 room apartment. The two double rooms can also be used independently.

The upper level of the cottage features a large sitting area and a private kitchen. This upper-level space leads to a lovely little terrace that overlooks the garden, the courtyard, and the pool.
