This multi-story villa offers four double bedrooms and four suites, thoughtfully arranged across the main villa and cottage for optimal privacy
There are two double ensuite bedrooms in the cottage, while the villa offers two additional ensuite double bedrooms and four self-contained suites. Each bedroom is elegantly decorated in soft, neutral tones and feature luxury linens. All rooms include a private terrace, a bathroom, a cozy sitting area, and amenities such as bathrobes, slippers, towels, beach towels, and coffee makers. While the villa’s communal areas foster togetherness, these bedrooms are thoughtfully designed as peaceful retreats for moments of quiet relaxation.
For those needing to stay connected, all rooms are equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi and a workspace. Every bedroom has air conditioning and a coffee maker. Additionally, three of the suites include sofa beds to accommodate extra family members, and fold-up cots or portable cribs can be added to accommodate children and babies.
The Garden Suite is tucked into a corner of the main house, next to the Fireplace Suite, and offers beautiful views of the sea, garden, and pool. This charming suite features an elegant living room that shares a terrace with the bedroom, with French doors that lead directly outside from both rooms. The bedroom provides ample storage, including a large closet and a small walk-in dressing room.
A spacious modern kitchen doubles as a home office, equipped with a large desk and computer monitor, ideal for catching up on email or working remotely. Double doors open from this kitchen area directly to the garden and pool.
Just below the Penthouse and adjacent to the Garden Suite is the Fireplace Suite. This stunning suite includes a cozy bedroom, a bathroom, a living room, and a dining area with a fully functional fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. It includes a kitchenette, perfect for brewing a morning coffee to enjoy on the terrace. The suite also offers a full-sized sofa bed to accommodate two additional family members.
Adding to its charm, the Fireplace Suite boasts a lovely sunroom that offers stunning views of the sea. Off the sunroom, there is a terrace furnished with a dining table and chaise lounges, perfect for soaking up the sun while taking in the view of the Mediterranean.
At the top of the villa, you will find the breathtaking Penthouse Suite. Situated on the top floor, it offers wonderful views of the Italian Alps and the sea from every angle. The suite features a spacious bedroom which opens onto the terrace, as well as a bathroom, a living room, a dining area, a walk-in closet, and a kitchen. Additionally, there is a full-sized sofa bed to accommodate two extra family members.
The Penthouse Suite boasts two terraces: the Sunrise Terrace and the Sunset Terrace, both accessible from the bedroom and the living room. These outdoor spaces provide the perfect setting for enjoying morning coffee or evening sunsets while soaking in the beautiful surroundings.
The Family Suite is situated on the terrace level, offering a large comfortable space well-suited for families. It features a charming bedroom with a king-sized bed, a bathroom, and a sitting area, along with a kitchen for added convenience. Additionally, there is a small bedroom with a twin bed, which has room for a fold-up cot, making it ideal for younger guests. The suite sitting area also includes a full-sized sofa bed to accommodate two extra family members.
The private terrace features a table and seating for a family to enjoy morning coffee or breakfast while taking in the beautiful sea views. Equipped with an awning for sun protection, it provides a lovely spot for relaxation. Guests can easily walk from the terrace around the house to the pool and patio area, ensuring a seamless connection to the villa’s outdoor amenities.
On the terrace level, there are two beautifully furnished double rooms. Terrace Double 1 features a seating area, a desk, a king-sized bed, and a private bathroom with a shower. This room boasts its own terrace with stunning sea views and direct access to the pool area. Notably, this bathroom was remodeled in the spring of 2024.
The terrace doubles are situated next to each other and are adjacent to the Family Suite. Together, these two double rooms and the Family Suite create a connected lower wing that can function as a 3 to 4-room apartment, perfect for larger families. Alternatively, they can all be used independently, providing flexibility for guests.
The second Terrace Double features a seating area, a desk, a king-sized bed, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with a bathtub. It has a terrace adjoining the other Terrace Double, offering stunning sea views and direct access to the pool area. This bathroom was also completely remodeled in the spring of 2024.
