With the house opening directly onto the garden and pool area, moving between indoors and outdoors feels completely natural.

Pool & terraces

The saltwater pool sits at the heart of the garden, surrounded by lawns, palms and plenty of space to settle in for the day.

Alongside it, the covered terrace provides a shaded setting for long lunches and evening meals, while open terraces around the house offer quieter places for coffee, reading or simply enjoying the view.

Tennis & play

Set below the house and surrounded by greenery, the private tennis court gives guests space for a morning game, an afternoon hit or something a little more competitive.

Its position away from the main pool and terrace areas also gives the grounds another place to spread out and enjoy the day.

Gardens & views

Terraced gardens, mature palms and Mediterranean planting surround the house, creating both open views and quieter corners throughout the grounds.

From different parts of the property, the outlook stretches across the hills towards the Mediterranean and the mountains beyond.
