Le Haut des Espinets was built in Provencal style in 1982 by the architect Alain Berp whose attention to details in construction and in quality of materials is evident throughout the house. The timber construction and the floors are good examples. The architect reused materials from the ruins of an old monastery in a charming way. You may also notice many high quality details in the construction of walls throughout the house. 

The property offers 600 square meter living space including hall, reception rooms with fireplaces, dining room, bar and central kitchen. The outside facilities include a covered barbecue kitchen, bar, lounge, pool and pool house with bathroom. The 6500 square meters garden is built in terraces. Here you will find many exotic trees, fruits and flowers. On the terraces below the pool you will find the tennis court equipped with lights allowing you to play in the evenings.

The salt water swimming pool is heated from mid April to mid October.  

  

We reside on top of the Espinets area in Saint-Paul-de-Vence in a perfect climate. The property is on a private cul-de-sac in an area perfect for relaxing close to 12 spectacular Golf courses in the vicinity, 10 minutes away from Nice Airport, 15 minutes from Cannes and 5 minutes from Saint-Paul Village and Vence. In winter-time you can ski at Isola 2000 just 80 minutes drive from here.
