Our kitchen and the menus prepared for you

Le Haut des Espinets offers a private restaurant. Two to three evenings a week we prepare a dinner where our guests are welcome to join. 

As Le Haut des Espinets offers an exclusive stay so does our kitchen offer an outstanding 'taste experience'. All menus are prepared with fresh products from the the local market. 

All menus are prepared in full, from preparation of the fond for sauces, an important base to French cooking, through to the selection of meat, poultry or fish for the main course, to the deserts. The Gourmet Week - for new cooking inspiration

We will lead you into the world of the kitchen for gourmets. Take you to the local market to find fresh products and then supervise you and the other guests to prepare excellent menus during the week.

These special Gourmet Weeks are created for couples where one or both wish to extend their cooking capabilities and find new inspiration in the kitchen. All guests enjoy the fantastic results in the evenings. This could mean that one of you learns more about cooking and the other could spend a day skiing or golfing during the day and then meet again later to enjoy a delicious menu in the evening.

We aim to create a rich experience around the food, the wine amidst the very pleasant surroundings we all enjoy. 

 

The 2007 Monte Carlo Formula 1 Race

The event takes place on May 26. & 27. 2007, again we shall be arranging VIP tickets at one of the first class Hotels in Monte Carlo. You will be able to follow the race from the Hotel balcony where a lunch menu also will be served.
