VIP-Service
As guest at Le Haut des Espinets we can offer you a special VIP service which will make your arrival, departure and stay more pleasant. We offer you the following services
- We pick you up at arrival in Nice Airport
- We provide a VIP guest car at your disposal.
- The car is ready with a full tank (6-700 km) and you do not need to fill it up when you return it
- You have your own remote control to the gate
- We bring you back to the airport at departure
- You can book our two BMW mountain bikes at no extra charge (normal price 15 Euros / day).
- Staying in our Resort we will be happy to drive you to a restaurant in the local area those evenings we not offer menus
- Staying in our Villa we will be happy to pick you up for dinner at Le Haut des Espinets those evenings we offer menus and you will take a taxi back
As we have a limited number of cars we can not guarantee availability prior to your reservation.
The driver must minimum have 3 years drivers experience and we will need a copy of the drivers license.
Prices including airport transfer and refill of gasoline:
BMW 116d : Euros 490 for the first week hereafter 390 / ½ week 340
BMW 120d cabriolet automatic : Euros 640 for the first week hereafter 540 / ½ week 490
BMW 330d cabriolet automatic, navigation and much more : Euros 890 for the first week
hereafter 790 / ½ week 690
Above mentioned “dinner-transportation” is free of charge. We anticipate you take a taxi back.
Additional limo service will be charged e.g.:
Vence, St. Paul, Haut de Cagnes, 25 Euros per trip
Nice Euros 60 - Antibes Euros 80 - Cannes Euros 90 - Monte Carlo Euros 110
Insurance
The car is insured with a self risk of 500 Euros.
Small scratches which can be polished away will be managed as normal maintenance and we will not ask you to pay for that. If you are unlucky and the car is damaged while it is under your responsibility, we will judge the size of the damage in common and define if it is necessary to involve the insurance or not.
Other
Should the car be damaged when you arrive and we therefore not can deliver it to you, we refund eventual prepaid fee and we will assist you to find another car.
Le Haut des Espinets reserves the right to cancel a membership if we have the impression that the car not is treated well or the driver not pays sufficient attention to security.
