Rental prices

Prices include power, water, heating, bed-linen, towels, bathrobes and all the other things you would expect on the five-star hotels you might be used to.

Pricing is organized in such a way that you only pay for the number of double rooms you actually need. We want it to be attractive even though you only need one or two bedrooms. Therefore the price-list shows a base-rate covering two persons and one bedroom. A surcharge per person covers rental, energy, bed-linen and so on for the additional number of persons living in the villa that week.

Cleaning and change of bed-linen and towels takes place Saturday and Tuesday every week.

Before you start your vacation, you can order various products / services via a checklist. We make sure that things are in place upon arrival – e.g. wine, water, firewood etc.

Finally you can order VIP service as long as we have vacant cars. We arrange airport pick-up and prepare a car for you during your vacation. We normally offer a selection of BMW’s sedan and cabriolet.

Check-in is Saturday around 16.00 p.m. and check-out Saturday no later than 10.00 a.m.
